This week has been pretty rough for us. We tried to stay eating healthly but spulrged a little bit at our daughters first birthday. My weight for the week is 310.6 and my wives is 223.4. I started walking home from work which adds 3.2 miles each day. I look forward to walking to and from work but have to work on getting up early enough. Hope everyone else is doing good check in again next week.

Well my husband is doing great he's losing the weight when I have only lost two pounds I am doing everything I can to lose the weight man I kinda hate this. I have change my eating habbits, working out but also I am getting ready to go back to school for the police academy! So you know I kinda gotta lose a bit more then just 2 pounds!

My wife and I are having trouble doing a couple of things to our space and we were wondering if anyone could help? My wife wants to create a list for our weekly weigh-ins, we also want to put a better background on but we can only seem to be able to put the ones the site has to offer on. We are myspacers and use to adding various things to our profiles at the click of a button but this site is much different. These are not our only questions if anyone could give us tips on how to do certain things or change other things it would be greatly appreciated.
So we did are weight in and man it is a stab in the heart!

. It took me almost and hour to do this and my husband and I was shocked... We havent done our weight-in YET, but i know we will do so 2mrow!! We just drink water and eat little meals ( 6 times a day) I have started my Tabo Kick boxing(man this crap if hard)!
. I know that when one door closes another door open and this is OUR chance to do right.
